You are buying a VERY COOL Vintage ceramic French Bulldog with glass eyes. I can see no markings on this cute little fella.
He stands 5 inches tall and is 3 inches wide at the shoulders.

Dimensions 4.5 x 3 inches and it has a clutch closure and a key chain.
