    VINTAGE ESTATE SALE ITEM.  Great condition of the porcelain itself but the paint comes off very easily due to age.  Elderly lady had it in her china cabinet and said it was from the 1950's era during the Lassie come home movie series.  Made in JAPAN with no other identifying marks.
