HERE IS A SWEET LITTLE HIGH GLOSS PORCELAIN BULLDOG FIGURINE, I AM PRETTY SURE IT IS FROM THE 50'S OR AROUND, IT MEASURES ABOUT 6 3/4" LONG, HAS A HIGH GLOSS FINISH, LOVE HIS FACE!!!  MARKED BLACK JAPAN.  NO ISSUES, A SWEET ADDITION TO YOUR BULLDOG COLLECTION.  PURCHASED FROM ESTATE WHERE PREVIOUS OWNER COLLECTED DOG FIGURINES FOR ABOUT 75 YEARS, AND THIS HAS BEEN KEPT IN HER WALL CABINET SINCE HER PASSING ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO.  WHAT A TREASURE THIS ONE IS, AND NO ISSUES!!!!.   PLEASE E-MAIL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS, I WANT HAPPY CUSTOMERS.   THANKS AND GOOD LUCK.

I, USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 24- 48 HOURS OF PAYMENT. On bigger items, that require a box, I now have to charge a dollar for handling fees, since like everything else, my boxes and bubble have once again gone up in price, I had a hard time deciding this, but I package my items very carefully and that means lots of bubble and good sturdy boxes.
I prefer to ship USPS, but will be happy to accommodate all reasonable requests.
Some of my items are from estate sales, yard sales or friends so therefore are being sold as is,
since
I do not know their past.
But positive feedback and honesty are important to me, so I will gladly give refunds (less shipping) if I did not describe an item correctly
Edward Marshall Boehm (1913-1969), an American artist and sculptor, is well known for his desirable line of dog figurines

This is the Boehm head study of a white Bulldog, Boehm model 40187. The porcelain Bulldog head study is mounted on a finished wood plinth from which it can be removed. These wood bases are often missing. The figurine is fully hallmarked on the interior (see photo). The figurine measures 7 1/4" tall by 7 1/4" wide, including the base. It is beautifully modeled and decorated. It is a must have for serious Bulldog collectors. Please see our other auctions for more Boehm Bulldog figurines as well as other vintage Boehm porcelain.
