NO RETURNS are accepted for this item. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. In the event that an item is returned the item should be shipped back in the same manner as it was shipped with all the original parts included. Once the item is received back we will inspect it at this point if the item is damaged or missing parts or different items have been sent back, we will charge you for that value of the entire item. If all is intact we will then issue your refund. Our products are always inspected to assure that you are always receiving the best quality items. SHIPPING TIME:
We will try to ship your order within 24 hours of payment, but sometimes life happens and a package may take an extra day or two...  Larger Domestic Orders (just the USA) will usually be shipped priority mail and arrive in the 1-5 postal days.  Smaller orders will be shipped first class mail and in most cases will arrive in 3-7 postal days.
International Orders
are always shipped first class mail unless you pay extra for faster shipping.  First Class International Mail typically takes around 2 weeks for delivery but some countries can take closer to 30 days.  If your party is coming up soon and you need your items right away, you are welcome to email me BEFORE PAYING to ask about faster shipping methods.
